A Day at Sentosa

Went to Sentosa with Noel, Ann, Drayden and Vik to Sentosa yesterday.  We were suppose to head to Tanjong Beach but due to lack of amenities at Tanjong Beach, we headed over Palawan beach.

Due to lack of sleep the previous night, I was feeling very tired and lethargic after the swim and playing of frisbee with Noel, Ann and Vik.

Noel, Ann and Vik also try to built a sandcastle, but whenever one pop-up, Drayden try to destroy it. Ann managed to shoot some of the sandcastles with her cellphone. You can view the photos at http://babyboyd.blogspot.com.

In the evening, we head over to Song of the Sea performance. It was spectacular, the lighting and HD projector used for the light show were awesome!

Photos for the Sentosa trip will be up this weekend when I get it processed. So stay tune 😉

Overall, I think it’s an awesome race event and a first car versus plane race event I have ever attended.

However, it would be better it the emcee of the race event are either Jeremy Clarkson, James May or Richard Hammond cause the local emcees voice just can’t make it, they just sound too boring.

Prehaps the BBC Top Gear team should have a Top Gear Live show here in Singapore to show the local production crews what a race event should be like. Talking about Top Gear, here a clip of Richard Hammond in a Buggati Veyron racing again a Eurofighter.

After the event, Noel and I went over to Marina Square to meet up with Ann and Drayden as Ann needs to get some stuff from there. After we head over Harvey Norman at Millenia Walk as I have wanted to get Ann her birthday present. Hope she is happy with the HP MiniNote as her birthday present :)… Noel, don’t be jealous, yours is coming soon.

While waiting for the sales person to exchange the HP MiniNote, I took a few shots of Drayden grinning at my camera.

To the Jurong Bird Park!!!

Let me say this, Tiger beer sux!!! Was at the Jurong Bird Park today and ordered 2 bottles of the lousy beer for me and Noel. It’s just like drinking my own morning phlegm… yucks! That’s how horrible Tiger beer are getting. Now I only drink Heineken, Chang, Leo, Singha, Asahi, Bavaria and Hoegaarden.

Really, don’t believe the awards that Tiger beer have. It’s just taste like your own morning phlegm.

Ok, let’s jump to the photos.
